Wow. One of the best shopping experiences I can remember. Was immediately greeted when we walked in the door. Got right down to business after listening to what my plans and needs were. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Incredibly knowledgeable staff who are more concerned with customer satisfaction then they are with the bottom line. Came in to upgrade my mountain bike, had my choice narrowed down to a couple different bikes and after taking the time to talk to me and find out exactly what I needed out of a bike sold me a completely different brand that ended up saving me about $300. BTW... I just took the new bike out for the first time and they were spot on with their recommendation. Could not be happier, AMAZING BIKE!
My husband and I signed up for our first triathlon sprint and needed to get a bike and some beginner tips. Chad and his crew at Tri-City are so awesome. They found us great bikes, set us up with shoes, pedals, fit us, and answered the million questions we threw at them. We also went on one of their group rides today, which was great. Everyone is so nice - I highly recommend it!!
