RecommendedThe rear derailleur cable broke on my road bike on Wednesday morning’s ride. I limped it home in high gear and was at the bike shop at 10:00 am figuring I would be off the bike for a few days waiting for repair. I had planed to ride my age on my birthday, Tuesday, the next day. Chad jumped on my problem and quickly replaced the cable and left me with no excuses to not ride Tuesday. I rode 73 miles, my age, the next day! Thanks Chad! Great service!

I bought a bike from them today and was amazed at their customer service and patience. I’m new to biking and had gone to a couple of bike stores and felt pretty rundown but then I went to Tri-City Bicycles and they were warm and friendly. They didn’t make me feel like a “newbie.” They help fit me and gave me advice on what to do. I will definitely keep going back to them and recommend them! They are wonderful people. Thank you guys for your help. I love my new bike!!!
By far the best bike shop in our area! Awesome customer service with a family feel. Great products for every level and style of rider. Definitely won our business for all our family bike needs.
Confident mechanics are hard to come by, but not here! Chad is a real miracle worker and will work on any bike. When I brought in my Argon18 TT frame, he put it together to be a true racing machine and made sure that every detail from shifting to cables was optimized to perfection. I wish I wasn't so far out of town, or I'd totally take 100% of my business to him and his amazing staff!
Great energy and knowledge across all areas for riding your bicycle to its full potential. I personally ride until my hardware brakes or gets worn down. I can always count on them to get me back up and running in close to no time. Seriously the best!
Chad and Tri-city bicycles are the best. I got the advice I needed and Chad sent the parts right out. You can’t get that kind of service from Amazon.
Tri-city Bikes is the kind of bike shop worth driving an hour for. I live in Round Rock now but will still drive to Belton for my bike needs. Is there a good bike shop near by? Absolutely, but once you get to know Chad and his crew, it's hard to go anywhere else.
