I recently visited Tri-City Auto Sales in Menasha, and my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome and uninvited. The staff did not seem interested in assisting me, and the overall atmosphere was unprofessional. The finance manager, in particular, was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I asked a simple question about tax exemption, he responded in a condescending manner and even demanded an apology for just bringing up the topic. Purchased a 2003 Toyota Rav4. My fault for not taking it on a longer test drive or looking under the vehicle. Dealership would not negotiate on the price at all given the price of used cars has gone up quite a lot. Purchased the vehicle and the brakes were shot. Front rotors had bad warping. Great place to buy from. They were totally upfront with everything with my trade in( I was not aware my trade in was in an major accident ) they did a car fax on it and still gave me more than what the car fax said. I would recommend and buy from these guys again thank you for making my purchasing this vehicle so easy.
If youre looking for a quality used car at a fair price then I would highly recommend Tri-City Auto Sales LLC! They didnt swarm me the moment I arrived and when I did talk to someone, they didnt waist my time trying to sell me a vehicle that I didnt want. Very courteous staff and easy to work with. It took about 20 minutes from start to finish to buy a vehicle with a trade in. They go the extra mile for the customer. If I could give them more stars, I would.
The folks at Tri City Auto were friendly and very knowledgeable when helping us find our son’s first car. I will definitely go back for my daughter’s car next summer.
The team here was not only helpful but absolutely friendly! They were honest answering our questions, fair with their pricing, and not pushy at all. And despite how busy their small team was that day, they were patient with all our questions. We drove several hours to buy our car from them, and I'd absolutely buy from them again!
If you're looking for a used vehicle I highly recommend going here. they were very friendly and didn't push you into buying something you didn't want. It was a pleasure doing business with them!
