Another Great Experience with River City Smog. Owner/Operator Rash is Great. Quick & Easy. He has seats in the office if you like. Sodas at a great price. Never a long wait. Very friendly place. I will be back😁

I rent trucks frequently and have had great experiences at other locations. This location however is TERRIBLE. The charged me for Safe Move insurance, which I had specifically declined. Furthermore, they billed my employee, not the card that I had on file with them, with which the reservation was made. Mistakes happen, however the real mistake is working with this location as they DO NOT pick up phone calls, nor do they return calls. We were referred by another person that had great experience with Martin's Auto Service. Very professional and had a very good knowledge and honest service. We thought he was good at finding the problem with our truck and the price was fair. If we need future maintenance with our vehicle... we will definitely be using them. We highly recommend Martin's Auto Service.
Have twice showed up for appointments to have hitch installed, even calling to confirm hitch was in the second time. Both times told hitch was not in upon arrival. Hitch was already paid for online 10 days earlier. Customers were in parking lot complaining about service and line was to the door. Horribly managed, but employees themselves are very nice and polite.

Great location, but there are no cameras at the lot to make it more secure. In the short season we parked our camper there, we had 2 propane tanks stolen and a battery.
