We had an irrigation system issue (or muddy irrigation water issue) at one of our rental properties. System was shut down for a week in hot summer temps as other professionals were unable to pinpoint the issue. Mr Santiago cleared out the major mud coming into the system and also recommended a corrective process moving forward. Really appreciated his troubleshooting and expertise.
I called Mr. Santiago and he came out that same day. I asked him what could be done with my sloped front yard, he suggested a retaining wall with some steps. The outcome looks great. Couldn't be more happy. And it was finished in a week. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone. * Tried to add a picture but no luck.
The gentlemen was very courteous, and attentive to our needs. I would recommend his services to family and friends!!
