I went to this facility with my dad as he needed a copy of his payment for the insurance. The receptionist told us she wasn’t able to get it printed bc the payment wasn’t made today. She sent us over the billing facility @ a different address. On the way out, we met a gentleman who works for the facility and told us he was able to get the receipt print out. After talking to his manager, he was able to send us to a different receptionist who was able to print a simple copy of the payment receipt for us. Are ppl getting lazy n... read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Unfortunately, our experience with Tri-Cities Community Health Dental was quite disappointing. We had multiple appointments scheduled, and each time, they canceled on us at the last minute. Three times in total this happened! The cancellations happened within an hour of the appointment, leaving us with very little notice and causing significant inconvenience. It was extremely unprofessional and frustrating.
