If I could give 0 stars I would. Unfortunately, our experience with Tri-Cities Community Health Dental was quite disappointing. We had multiple appointments scheduled, and each time, they canceled on us at the last minute. Three times in total this happened! The cancellations happened within an hour of the appointment, leaving us with very little notice and causing significant inconvenience. It was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. I really like this dr office especially dr Arthur he has been really helpful for my family and finding medical issues and getting them treated.
