They were super quick to get ahold of, schedule a time to get the replacement done, and the replacement took less than an hour! They came to my work, communicated really well, and it was smooth and easy! Plus it was half the price of what Safelite quoted me! Very happy with the results and service!

This review is overdue! Got a crack in my windshield that spread quickly, and Tri-Cities gave me a quote at HALF of what SafeLite quoted. Jacob and his partner came out to my house and got the job done in no time at all. I will always recommend this company to everyone, especially people whose deductible is astronomical and need a cash option.
