I can’t say enough great things about Matt and all of the other trainers at TRF. Matt has been working with me for almost 18 months and he has helped me transform my body. I didn’t think I could do what I’ve done at 45 years old, but Matt had faith in me and I’m so thankful.
Great gym. Matt works with my elementary school age son. He is super patient and really terrific at channeling my son's chaotic energy into inventive exercises. Best of all my son loves it. Atmosphere is really welcoming at the gym and other trainers are super friendly.

Best trainers. Makes you feel very comfortable. You don’t have to know everything, but they will teach you a lot. The best gym I’ve ever been to.
