I am a former resident at treysta. I had been on very good terms with the women who ran the complex. Whomever is running it now needs some major education in regards to customer service. I was treated extremely rudely and even hung up on when I called. At this point I would not recommend anyone renting from this establishment... not if this is how they treat residents past or present.
Great place to live. The staff is amazing, the apartments are beautiful (in my experience) lots of natural sunlight and location is great! Easy for commute and great for running. They have special events for residents and living above a bar and yoga studio is awesome. The fact they don't have a breed restriction for dogs is a huge perk too. Oh! And the coffee bar has been a life saver on more than one occasion.
It's pretty awful that they have customers and employees of businesses in the building ticketed when the lot is almost completely empty (just like their shitty, overpriced apartments).
