It seems as though customer service is an issue with most Doctor clinics, but at Trevino Eye Clinic, it's the WORST! If you want to be treated poorly, I highly recommend you visit here. I prefer to go to a clinic where the patient is treated with respect. The receptionists are VERY rude & obviously do not care about the patients AT ALL. This is so unfortunate for the doctors. I will never come back to this clinic again!
Worst customer care that I have experienced. Never will I ever recommend this place. Its not the doctor its the front desk employees. Well 1 less customer.
