Kaylee has been doing my hair for about a year now and I have always left the salon very happy. This weekend I got highlights for the first time and Kaylee nailed it! Absolutely recommend going to her!
If I could’ve given 0 stars I would have. Yesterday I went in for a root touch up and tone. I advised the stylist that I had that my hair pulls platinum in less than 20 minutes. I was then told they didn’t have time for lightener. So they used a high lift color which I was told would be quicker. I ended up being there for 3 hours minimum. I told the stylist I had a date after my hair appointment and they gaslit me entirely lol. They said my hair was “beautiful” and the bill ran about $200.
