Awful I had a 1:50 appointment I left at 5:30 Chris whom I was supposed to see afterwards was to busy talking to a customer about his accident never acknowledged me he never sat down with me as I had been looking at frames I find it pretty ironic that even the cheap frames I had to pay $700plus out of pocket when my insurance allowed me $450 and the cheapest frames were $80 you really need to work on customer service etiquette for all not just for certain people I was not rude in anyway
