Just moved in for 1 month. As a residential architect, I feel I love this 1970s garden community more than the developer-driven multi family wrap apartments I’ve designed nowadays. We have plenty of green spaces, amenities, tennis courts, big balcony, vaulted fine wood ceilings and specious unit here, which is impossible to build today. Meanwhile the community is super peace and quiet, and during application process, Edu is great helpful and kind.

A great nook in the middle of OC <3 me and my husband moved into tres vidas in 2020. This was our first place to call home together (newlyweds). We lived here for close to 4 years and have nothing but positive things to say. Management has always been super great with us and always helped us when we had issues with our unit. Phi was always super sweet and respectful. The complex is maintained clean, safe, and has gotten upgrades over the years.
