A great nook in the middle of OC <3 me and my husband moved into tres vidas in 2020. This was our first place to call home together (newlyweds). We lived here for close to 4 years and have nothing but positive things to say. Management has always been super great with us and always helped us when we had issues with our unit. Phi was always super sweet and respectful. The complex is maintained clean, safe, and has gotten upgrades over the years. Nice property, however new manager Joe sucks, he doesnt care about the tenants. Bring Mary back and this property will be a five star.
“I have been living in this apartment for 10 years. The new manager, Phi, doesn’t care about the tenants. There is no maintenance, and there is no hot water for past 2 months. All the residents are fed up with this management. I moved to an upstairs apartment, due to slab leak in the other unit. which ruined all of my furniture due to flooding and now dealing with the lizards. I’ve had a lizard problem since I moved in. New manager Joe is no help at all. When I moved in, Mary was the one managing and she was the best at what she did. Joes favorite phrase seems to be “there’s nothing I can do about it “. Then why are you working there Joe?? You seem to want an easy job where you don’t have to deal with the tenants. It’s your job! What do you mean there’s nothing you can do??
