I've been here almost a year and am ready to renew my lease. I am planning on a 2-year renewal. The units here are amazing - designed for actual living, not just looking good on walk-in. Maintenance (construction?) has built at least some of the buildings on this property and have obvious pride in them and in maintaining them. I’m 4 months into my lease and I would highly recommend living here. The new building apartments are beautiful with great finishes and European feel. One of the best residential gyms i have seen with indoor pool. Management is on top of every issue with quick and easy communication. Please do not rent from this company. Mary is so disorganized and constantly gives misleading and contradictory information. For example, we asked what the penalty for breaking lease would be. She mentioned that we would have to cover the rent until they found new renters. This is also what it said in the lease. Not a problem. Then we moved out after buying a home and all of a sudden she refuses to give us the security deposit back (despite telling my partner that we would get it back and it being nowhere in the lease about ... read more
