Bad Experience With Benjamin – My experience with Tres Jolie took place about two years ago but someone recently prompted me to write a review. I can understand it has been a long time but the experience I had at this salon was stuck with me and honestly was the worst I have ever experienced. Long Story, Short Cut...Happy Customer! – O.k., so here's the story. I had long, thick, wavy, shiny, lots of compliments, hair. There are MUCH better places in the cities! – What an experience! First of all parking is awful - I had to park two blocks away. I should have just kept driving! Then I went in, the salon is beautiful, but the front desk girls - ESPECIALLY ASHLEY! Awful :) she is so snooty. Benjamin is the Best! – I phoned Tres Jolie to make an appointment with Dusty, who has been doing my hair for 8 years - only to find out that Dusty left & wasn't available to do women's hair any longer. :( So, after reviewing their Web site and talking to the person on the phone, I decided to make an appointment with Benjamin. To be honest, I thought about canceling and going elsewhere, but I am so happy I kept the appointment! This place is great. Dusty is the best stylist! – Dusty was newest addition to the tres jolie but it was obvious that he has ample experience as a stylist!! I went to tres jolie over 4 months ago, and now that I have grown my hair out, Dusty is who I have to go see!!! He does wonders at personalizing a style for your face. I didn't have to bring a picture or anything, but he created an amazing cut that looked great on me and gave my hair a lot of natural bounce. I won't go to see anyone else!

Sara McNutt - Excellent color specialist – I go to Sara McNutt when every time I need my hair colored because she does a wonderful job. She's extremely knowledgeable about the types of color she uses, what works well with your skin tones, how to change from one color to another, etc. I color my hair red and every time I go in Sara has a new, fun idea for my color. Not only that, she makes the color look natural which can be very difficult. I highly recommend Sara for color. She's also just extremely fun to be around and talk... read more

Favorite Salon, Favorite Stylist – I started visiting Tres Jolie when Sara started working there. I've never found a salon or stylist who I felt truly committed to until Sara started taking care of me. I have curly, thick hair, and change my mind pretty frequently, and need someone who is willing to listen to some demands while also taking matters into her own hands. Sara does both. Delrae is the bomb! – Delrae is excellent! My first time to Tres Jolie was this fall and I am totally hooked! Great feel to the salon and Delrae did an outstanding job on my hair! She had never cut or colored my hair before and listened to what I wanted done with it and she ROCKED it! I am totally hooked and I am now a loyal customer! You definitely need to check Delrae and Tres Jolie out! I don't think you could go wrong!

Oh boy... – Lack of experience...and good judgment. The least she could have done was tell me it didn't turn out in the back. She took the foils out way too soon. I had to spend another $70.00 at another salon to have it re-foiled the very next day... Save your money.
