I have nothing but good things to say about Trenton Terrace.... I work at a nearby hospital and my commute is minimal.... Both Kim and Lori are great about maintenance and have been warm and welcoming... I love the area and the building and would have no reservations recommending this property to friends or family
i’ve been living at Trenton terrace for almost a year & a half & i have no wishes to move anytime soon, perfect amount of space for me & my cat & such a unique building. being right off of cherry street & so close to downtown is a dream paired with the extremely affordable rent !! Kimberly & Lori are amazing, & so attentive !! seriously the best management & crew i’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting !! i will gladly stick with O’Fallon for many many years to come !

My time at Trenton Terrace was pretty short, but I do feel compelled to leave an honest review. I signed my lease beginning April 1st, took my time moving in and spent my first night there April 23rd. Almost immediately after, I started seeing cockroaches. On the kitchen counters, under the sink and lower cabinets, on the walls, walking across the carpet, in the shower, etc. I killed them, but more kept coming.
