I'm a boulderer (rock climber) and injured my hand climbing. Scheduled an appt with Dr.Gause and his staff was very professional and quite friendly Dr.Gause was just like his staff, very friendly, not overbearing at all. I really enjoyed how he took the time to explain my injury to me, my treatment plan, and told me what he was thinking. He even looked up a lot of resources and pictures to show me on the computer he was sitting at, which helped me understand the plan. Broke a metacarpal very badly and after the first surgery my OT’s said it would never be the same. Dr. Gause II did a second surgery to relieve tension and my hand feels like new. Was always polite, thorough, never felt rushed at all. Highly recommend
Dr. Gause is always friendly, professional, and thorough. I appreciate the way he takes the time to explain things to my 12 year old and shows him his own xrays.
Where do I start? I have had nothing but beyond horrible encounters with the staff over the past year. From unprofessional desk staff to rhetorical lazy work from the doctor that is supposed to be helping people. I had to reschedule appointments multiple times with my claim manager due to the staff's negligent communications and directions to the office not taking accountability for relaying information to the Dr. The second time they approved I could still be seen after running behind I was denied and the Dr talked about me... read more
