Sean showed apartment. Said he could move in tomorrow. Then didn't answer emails or phone calls to cell phone or office for next 12 hours. Renter called from a different # then he answered call and said he can't rent apt. No explanation. Bad business. After a year sounds like they haven't changed from last years reviews. I would stay away from these people. Don't trust them.

Horrible!!! – I have tried to get in contact with their office for three weeks now and i have been unable to do so. All i need is information in order to close on a condo that they manage but they won't return my calls. Avoid them at all costs.
Liars and a horrible managment company! – This is a managment company for renters. They are the person you have to send your rent check to and call for problems. Having to deal with this company is a joke! No one is ever in their office during business hours. Their phone system is a big loop. They make you call a number for maintainence then when you call...a person answers and gives you their office number to call. Its just an ANSWERING SERVICE!
