He was kind, professional, friendly and attentive. He was able to provide me with a diagnosis, information to manage my problems and preventative solutions.
I have been seeing Dr. McKinney since about 2010, and he has always been knowledgeable and caring. Very nice and competent staff also. Only downside is that everything takes a very long time, but that's just the nature of a thorough eye exam visit.
Since I have a number of issues with my vision (extreme nearsightedness, RK history, cataract surgery) I’m glad to be in the very caring and competent hands of Dr McKinney. Navigating my situation has been a challenge, and Dr. McKinney’s knowledge and expertise has resulted in extremely positive outcomes for which I am very grateful. I would highly recommend Dr. McKinney to anyone seeking quality vision care, whether routine or complex.
The care team worked well together to do a very thorough exam. The doctor spent significant time explaining the results and treatment approach.
The office was very busy. I was taken into the back treatment offices about 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Once in, the appointment progressed nicely.
I will never need to look elsewhere for my eye care. Dr Trent McKinney and his staff are caring, compassionate people. I have been going there for 2 decades and never a bad experience. Thank you to all of you for your genuine kindness and concern.
Dr McKinney and his staff are very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them. They took great care of my mother and now I go to them as well.
