Friendly staff, short wait
My wife and I are in our mid-70s and Dr. McKinney is the best, most thorough, and most caring ophthalmologist we have ever had.
I have never had an examination as thorough as the one I just had. You cannot have your eyes in any better care. I very very seldom give anyone a five star rating. It is certainly earned.
Everyone I came into contact with was professional and friendly at the same time. They answered questions and explained what the were doing at every step. They cared about me as an individual.
Dr McKinney and his staff are very professional and proficient at what they do. Dr McKinney's eye exam was the most thorough exam I have ever had of my eyes. I was left with the confidence that Dr McKinney is the right doctor for me and my condition.
I was very impressed with the overall eye exam process. Dr Mckinney's attention to providing details and information as he completed the exam was exceptional. It was a very pleasant experience.

Not sure where to start. How about the front desk. They were extremely rude. I have never been treated like this before. Don't ask them any questions because they'd just be completely rude back. Doctor came with some sort of student or trainee, which was fine, except that he never talked to me, just dictated to the student. The next day I have an appointment for contacts. The entire staff was professional and polite, which is very important. Dr. McKinney is an extremely knowledgeable doctor. He was thorough and I was able to understand his explanation of the examination results.
