Trent handled everything I expected and more. He is extremely well connected, great negotiator, and made deals happen to get me an amazing house that was slightly outside my range. I like that he is straightforward in his assessment of potential houses (no selling or pressure) and he got my bid in before others multiple times. Trent also takes care of inspection, repairs, and much more after closing...he will do the job and make sure you are supported well after. Could not recommend more.
