I received a gift certificate for Mother’s Day, and went to cash it in today. It was expired by 3 days, and they would not honor it. I understand that it was expired, but it was 3 days! The gift certificate was only $22, and I was planning on paying at least triple that for a pedi and nails. They told me they would give me 50% off, which was $11. I just don’t think that was right! Very relaxing and I didn't feel like they were rushing to get to next person.
Love this place! I never go anywhere else. I always feel relaxed and pampered while I'm there.
