Went there for a haircut, paid for a cut and style. They left my hair curly so I couldn’t tell how truly awful it was when I left. I knew something was off but couldn’t pin what was wrong so I just ignored it. When I straightened my hair after this is what I got... I showed up again in tears and they kinda fixed it, (smoothed out the layers) but I didn’t let them try to fix the missing square because I didn’t trust them at all with it after how awful a job they did the first time.
