RecommendedI had my hair done yesterday by Jacqueline. She listened to what I said and gave me exactly what I wanted. We are new(ish) here and it's been tough to find a good stylist. I was recommended to go to trendsetters by a coworker and they did not disappoint! Definitely worth the drive up to the Hart to see these lovely ladies. Jacqueline you rock! Thank you for making this busy, tired mom feel and look a little more like herself. 💇♀️😍💙🙌 So thankful I went to this salon!
Sonya is amazing, her skill is exceptional. She is a master of her craft. I was her very first apprentice many moons ago, I'm so grateful to reconnect with my friend and mentor. It was amazing to see her and get my haircut. Color next month! Book in advance with her!!

I’ve been seeing Jacklyn for about a year now and I have nothing but amazing things to say. Every time I leave I absolutely love my hair, she always uses amazing products which she really knows her stuff about. I will seriously come in with the most vague request of what I’m looking for (most of the time I really don’t even know) and she somehow always makes me look and feel amazing!! The rest of the staff are just as accommodating and wonderful as she is. Always come out of this place feeling like a million bucks ☺️
I'm tired of being ignored. It is illegal in BC to sell cash gift cards or gift certificates for a cash amount WITH AN EXPIRY DATE. A friend bought me a cash gift certificate from Trend Setters Hair Studio and Day Spa upon my recommendation. The certificate has an expiry date on it. Regardless of why I couldn't go in earlier, or that they were closed for just over two months, it is ILLEGAL to have an expiry date on a certificate with cash value. Our gift cards DO NOT EXPIRE! Even before it was mandated not to, ours didn't! There is no expiry date on them! I called and got hung up on, I suppose that wasn't you? I no longer have your phone number to call you again. The "gift card" you have is a charitable coupon, not a cash valued gift card, they do expire. We consistently let clients use expired charitable coupons, but, you created a web site for me, that did not function, I spent a lot of money on, I had to turn around and pay another web site designer to rebuild an... read more
