As a tenant, communication with Trend is terrible. They took 3 weeks to fulfill my maintenance request and ignored half of what I needed done. They only communicate through text or email; no calling, no in person. I’m not even allowed to know the name of the person I’m talking to. They charge an extra $55 “renters package”, which I made the mistake of thinking that was a one time payment. Clearly that renters package doesn’t get me much, on top of a ridiculously high rent.
