My far the worst property management company I have ever worked with. Michael and his team have horrible communication and are unwilling to put in the effort. Find someone better!
If I could give a 0 star rating I would. My partner and I have lived in our house for 3 years (which we love) but we have had only negative experiences with Trend. Maintenace requests have been “completed” hastily and without care. We were obligated to pay an additional $50/month for a “benefits” package that includes pest control (which should be mandatory and doesn’t even cover wasp/hornet removal). As a tenant, communication with Trend is terrible. They took 3 weeks to fulfill my maintenance request and ignored half of what I needed done. They only communicate through text or email; no calling, no in person. I’m not even allowed to know the name of the person I’m talking to. They charge an extra $55 “renters package”, which I made the mistake of thinking that was a one time payment. Clearly that renters package doesn’t get me much, on top of a ridiculously high rent.
