I started renting from trend going on about a year now. The best part is they are very great with communicating and ensuring any and all issues that arise which have been almost none but nothing out of the ordinary with a rental or an owned home, They have been very prompt with reaching out and getting things done. I've only had one run in with this company but they seem very shady. My wife and I found a house we liked and each had to put in an application separately so $50 from each of us. Unbeknownst to us, there were already multiple applications on the house and it was unlikely we would get it. $100 down the drain when they had prior knowledge of it all. I can never recommend such money grubbing shadiness.
