I can't say enough good things about my experience there. They are very up front and open, no "used car salesman" tricks or jargon, no pressure, no added fees, no muss, no fuss. They were our first stop, and we were so impressed we canceled 3 other car appointments we had later that day. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
I drove from out of state to purchase a used car with very specific specs. Robert was very kind and willing to answer my many questions to ensure my journey was worth it. His mechanics were honest and generous in their valuation of the car I was trading in. Great, patient service and great car (a low mileage gem). I recommend Robert and his team for trade ins and purchase of used vehicles.
My car buying experience with Trend Auto Trader was equally as smooth as it was enjoyable. Robert made my girlfriend and I feel very comfortable and welcome at the dealer. We arrived to see the vehicle that we had inquired about and it was clean and ready for us at the time of our appointment.
