John canceled the job without any explanation. I signed the contract in December and the job was supposed to be done early January, but instead of scheduling the job he told me he won't do it. This person is not reliable.

Great company… They repaired my rotted pipes with little downtime needed and without the disruption and inconvenience of replacing the pipes. John was able to fully describe the process and assure me that I would not need to replace the existing pipes. He was always available when needed and easy to deal with. He even offered to pay for a nights hotel as he wanted to make sure the epoxy was fully dried; however, did not have him pay this expense. Had my kitchen sink plug up last night, draining very slowly. Called Trenchless and they came over right after they finished at a nearby property. Found the P-trap plugged up with grease, cleaned it right out, advised how to avoid such problems in the future. Excellent work, as usual. PS - three years ago, they replaced all of my corroding cast iron piping by inserting plastic lining which has worked very well.
