Great company… They repaired my rotted pipes with little downtime needed and without the disruption and inconvenience of replacing the pipes. John was able to fully describe the process and assure me that I would not need to replace the existing pipes. He was always available when needed and easy to deal with. He even offered to pay for a nights hotel as he wanted to make sure the epoxy was fully dried; however, did not have him pay this expense. Had my kitchen sink plug up last night, draining very slowly. Called Trenchless and they came over right after they finished at a nearby property. Found the P-trap plugged up with grease, cleaned it right out, advised how to avoid such problems in the future. Excellent work, as usual. PS - three years ago, they replaced all of my corroding cast iron piping by inserting plastic lining which has worked very well.
This company is great! Punctual, professional and even better did the job properly the first time!! Owner John even stopped by to introduce himself showing that he cares about the work and customer satisfaction. Highly recommend using this company.
These guys are the best they work around your schedule. I need an emergency they did exactly as they say they would do I had a funeral to attend to.They respectful they did everything they were supposed to do.
