I recently purchased an older property in Miami that required a great deal of work on pretty much everything - including the plumbing. The house had old cast iron pipes that in 18 months backed up no less than 5 times, causing havoc inside the property and costing a small fortune every time we had to call a plumber. I paid a deposit after discussing and agreeing on a specific scope of work and price to repair approximately 20 feet of pipe in a defined area inside the home. When the company arrived onsite, the conversation changed and I was told that substantially more work would need to be completed at nearly three times the original cost. John team didn’t complete the job. Have been given the run around for months. I have called to get the work finished. I keep being told “I will call you back” with no call backs.
