Beware!! Don’t use the valet. We left our car with valet, checked in and got to our room. My daughter asked me if I could go get her AirPods from the car. I told her no because we will be leaving in morning to go to cheer competition. When we got back in the car they were GONE. I made a report with security. She told me security manager won’t come in until Monday. They can’t review the cameras until then. I spoked to front desk manager and all they did was offer us a free snack. You got to be kidding me. RecommendedLovely old hotel. Very sophisticated with wonderful wait staff. I stayed across street which is associated but is long term stay—-2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room and bath.
RecommendedWe love, love, love the rooftop of the Tremont House. The lobby is small but pretty. Great staff very helpful. The breakfast venue in the lobby was not worth the cost. The fruit was good but the eggs benedict was not good. Regular scrambled eggs were not good.
