My daughter has had a great experience living at Trellis House Apartments. The customer service team is always professional and attentive, addressing any concerns with timeliness and care. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property itself is well-kept and maintained. The level of service and upkeep truly sets this community apart.

This is not a luxury complex. It's full of Howard University college students who smoke throughout the building. Also, there's endless noise (booms and bangs) from the CrossFit gym they rented retail space to on the 1st floor. If you value peace, quiet, and smoke-free living, do NOT move here. Edit: Despite the 'owner' attempting to backfill people's old reviews by claiming that 'things have changed', that is NOT the case. lived here for 4 years. Could tell right away it was cheaply made. Super loud too. Lots of college kids. Bad management. If you live on the west side of the building, keep in mind that sherman avenue is a big commuter road, and is loud and busy at rush hour. On the north side, there's an ugly parking lot view with extremely bright spotlights that go right into the windows.
