I’ve been calling Trellis House for months trying to get information about rent, and nobody ever answers the phone. Every time I do get someone, I get bounced around from person to person and nobody seems to know anything. I even went to the office in person, and the guy there didn’t know anything either. It’s extremely frustrating and unprofessional when you’re trying to get important information. Communication is terrible and it feels impossible to get a straight answer from anyone there.
I had a really frustrating experience with Trellis House DC. I went in person three separate times to ask about available units and spoke with two different leasing workers. One of the women was somewhat helpful, but instead of giving me an actual guided tour, she just told me to walk around and tour the property myself. Calling the office is also frustrating because you get connected to an AI assistant instead of a real person.
