I should've reviewed them sooner, both for all of the advice they've given me over the years, and more importantly, the repairs and maintenance. I just got my bike back from East Coasters. I came in to the store today fully expecting to spend close to $1,000 on the purchase of a new bike with a trade in. Management wouldn’t event take the time to discuss a fair trade in with me. Rather, they sent their salesperson, who was great despite the result, to tell me they were unwilling to negotiate. If you’re wanting to feel like your business is welcome, especially at that price point, go to another bike shop.
