With COVID-19 is a little tricky since they don't allow you to test drive the bike first, but they helped in answering all the questions and on top of that you can return the bike within 30 days if you don't like it. Dropped off my bike for a flat repair. Employee leans my bike against the wall and it falls over as I am leaving. It wasn’t until that happened did they take it to the back of the store. Staff appeared rushed.
