I’m now a 3-bike customer- Domane 5.2 Road carbon fiber beauty, Precaliber kid’s bike (love the kids trade-up program!), and now a Marlin 5 mountain bike to off-road with my kid. Pam was super helpful and “in” on my most recent Christmas surprise! All of the staff listen carefully and are patient with trying multiple bikes. Bret the owner has fitted my road bike and multiple saddles to find the most comfortable one. Big thumbs up 👍🏼!
