I never even got to the appointment because their office called me over 10 times in two days after booking it. I confirmed with them three times but it was never enough. Eventually the person calling texted me and was very rude and even sent me a screenshot of another patients confidential information to prove a point. Whoever their secretary is, they are very unprofessional and bitter. They basically tried to start a fight with me via text and I had to block them. Horrible practice and I will never be going.
