My triplet granddaughters (age 10) went to a birthday party at tree trails yesterday and had lots of fun. Upon talking about it at dinner, they were saying how scared they were at times. I believe it was because there were not enough ENGAGED attendants to help or give instructions when the claws would not attach or when walking upwards on ropes. We had a very memorable experience up in the trees. The staff was kind and courteous. The training session was professionally done and age appropriate for the 7 year old in our party. Halfway through the one of the yellow trails, the seven year old needed help and Avery quickly climbed up and reassured the youngster and then guided her the rest of the way through the course.
