Warning - Do Not Use- BIG Ripoff – We responded to their ad for Firewood Sales and ordered 1/2 cord of oak firewood. However, they only delivered 1/4 cord despite our having paid for 1/2 cord. They promised to return with the remaining 1/4 cord, but we never saw them again, despite several subsequent phone conversations. We should have known better when she specified cash only. PROFESSIONAL, FAST AND RELIABLE – ON SATURDAY, JAN. 10, 2009, WE HAD A LARGE PINE TREE FALL OVER AND LANDED ON MY NEIGHBOR'S SIDE. IT CRUSHED THE FENCE AND DESTROYED MY NEIGHBOR' S PATIO. Horrible!!! Beware!!! Do not use!!! – If I could give this company no stars, I would. My husband and I had 7 mexican fan palms removed from our property two weeks ago. At first, we were impressed by their fast service and decent customer service. They initially told us it was going to be a 2-day job, but they showed up on a Thursday and totally rushed the job.
