Staff actually reached out to me and are very helpful and friendly. They answered any questions I had. Definitely would recommend
Three weeks without hot water in the last month. Maintenance team is constantly unable to do even basic requests and thats when they dont just ignore or writes them off without doing anything. We've even been threatened to have our door taken off if we didn't like the broken one that was not secured In The first place. Really liked this place a couple of years ago but now the place is covered in trash and staff are way to comfortable lying to youre face even over basic issues like is the water currently on or not.
Can't speak to the affordability. The apartments themselves are nice for older facility. The 2 that I went up to the stairs. The steps were kind of wobbly, and made you feel a little unsure.
