They say they will call back and yet, they don't call back at all about any issues that you have. Like zero communication or updates. Nothing.
Edit 6/11/25 Things have improved under the new management. They're working on renovating existing units and improving processes in place by the old management. Audra has done an amazing job of making sure your concerns are heard and handled swiftly. While our window screen is still on backorder due to the odd size of the window, we've had several other issues handled. Super helpful, made the process stress free
I’m starting to get irritated on not being able to shower whenever i feel like it, because A.) the water is turned off for some reason. or B.) the water heater is “getting worked on”. Like come on it’s been getting worked on everyday and it’s still not fixed? Also they add a gas charge in your rent every month for said water heater, but it’s always off and getting worked on, so therefore how am i getting an additional $60 on my rent for gas that apparently is always off to work on said water heater.
