Lousy Owner is a dictator, can't have any fences or privacy. Can't cut down trees that are damaging your house. Owner also believes false accusation against you or your children. He can evict you for any or no reason. You're not allowed to face accusers or defend yourself. Also alot of drugs go on here.
Crowded Treehaven Mobile Home Park is located on the frontage road off interstate 64. Some of the trailers are older and run down but the park is maintained well. The park is very large and the lots are fairly small so it is pretty crowded. In the rainy months some of the lots get extremely muddy.
