Manager was nice but the company wants 75k to move into a unit that cost $1350 a month. Not luxury with a garage or anything. I moved into a place down the road and am paying more per month!
I have lived here over 10 years and truly love my home. I have had no issues with the leasing office or maintenance. I feel safe here and love the open living room and dining space. Rooms are very spacious as well.
I have lived in Tree Top Meadows (in Novi) for over ten years. It's been the best apartment I've ever lived at, though not the least expensive. When I have (rarely) needed help from the maintenance staff, it's been fixed within a day or two, though these were never "urgent". I have lived in this community for several years, first with my parents, and then later on my own, and I can honestly say I cherished every moment here. From day one, the management team has been nothing short of amazing, always professional, caring, and quick to respond whenever I needed something. This has been home since late 2023, there are continuous improvements happening, the utilities are economical, all of my utilities combined including my voluntary ones are less than my winter gas bill and my summer electric bill at my old apartment, sure it had a den and windows on three sides, but rent was $400 more a month!
