I have been here for a year, and I love it. Complex is old, but apartments have been nicely renovated. Location is great! Quiet and nice neighbors. Laura in the office is very professional. Lloyd and his maintenance crew are outstanding. Work orders are handled promptly, and Lloyd is very friendly. Kathy in corporate office was always nice and helpful when I had technical issues with the portal. I will stay here unless I have to relocate.
Manager was nice but the company wants 75k to move into a unit that cost $1350 a month. Not luxury with a garage or anything. I moved into a place down the road and am paying more per month!
I have lived here over 10 years and truly love my home. I have had no issues with the leasing office or maintenance. I feel safe here and love the open living room and dining space. Rooms are very spacious as well.
I have lived in Tree Top Meadows (in Novi) for over ten years. It's been the best apartment I've ever lived at, though not the least expensive. When I have (rarely) needed help from the maintenance staff, it's been fixed within a day or two, though these were never "urgent". I have lived in this community for several years, first with my parents, and then later on my own, and I can honestly say I cherished every moment here. From day one, the management team has been nothing short of amazing, always professional, caring, and quick to respond whenever I needed something.
