I’ve lived at Tree Tops for 2 years, and it’s been an absolute pleasure. Laura and the staff are easy to get a hold of and any maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. The apartments are spacious, the location couldn’t be better. Vacancies go quickly so that should tell you everything you need to know about the property.
I lived here for a year. The apartments are nice. Management and maintenance are top notch.
I have been here for a year, and I love it. Complex is old, but apartments have been nicely renovated. Location is great! Quiet and nice neighbors. Laura in the office is very professional. Lloyd and his maintenance crew are outstanding. Work orders are handled promptly, and Lloyd is very friendly. Kathy in corporate office is always nice and helpful when I have technical issues with the portal. I will stay here unless I have to relocate.

Manager was nice but the company wants 75k to move into a unit that cost $1350 a month. Not luxury with a garage or anything. I moved into a place down the road and am paying more per month!
