So far 5 stars for service, quick response time and availability! Alonzo was more than willing to accommodate an evening showing and response time was excellent! Looking forward to moving in.
We have had a great experience renting with Tree Realty. The property manager has been easy to work with and we are very happy with our new home.
If you have an Emotional Support Animal / Service Animal I would advise renting elsewhere - I provided them with my ESA housing letter and received no response to it - only to see they proceeded to charge me a $400 'pet fee' after I had already moved out. When I called to ask them about this I was often ignored, and placed on a long hold only to be hung up on. Tree Realty LLC will violate ADA law in order to pocket $400, don't let it happen to you.
