Chuck and his team were magnificent! hey came out to our property when scheduled and spent the entire day taking out the fallen tree limbs, debris, old shrubs exactly as we had designated. They were all thoroughly professional and made our property look like a very fine estate! All f this and at a very, very reasonable price. Three cheers for Chuck and TreePro!
After multiple follow-ups (Phone Calls, Emails, Texts) with Chuck I have given up on him to finish what he started. He grinded half of my stump. I will never do business or RECOMMEND (Other than a poor job) to anyone in the area. This is my last resort. He has responded with every excuse as to why he could not come out, from blade breaking, to weather, to hydraulic lines leaking, etc, etc...9 months later. One star here is being too generous - 5 would be ideal
They delivered wood to us and shorted us on a 1/3 of a cord of wood two years ago, and they promised they would deliver the rest. I have yet to see the wood or a refund. Only use them if you want to get ripped off!
