I've been using Tree Pro for quite a few years now at different locations. Chuck is not only a knowledgable professional but has a great personality & crew! I've NEVER had any problems with the work he's done and I highly recommend him. He goes above & beyond to satisfy his customers! He just completed a huge job for me today & I was totally amazed with the quality of his crews work!
Do not use tree pro!!! Chuck and his crew cut a tree for me and by accident one of the limbs cracked a railing on my deck. I have been waiting over a year for him to replace the $34 railing. He has given me every excuse imaginable. His truck and equipment always breaks down, so he says. Do not believe any good reviews. Avoid this outfit at all costs. I am not one to normally give bad reviews or demand very much, but this outfit is a rip off. I was quoted a price for the removal of three threes and grinding of stumps. The trees were removed and I was told they would be back out the next week to grind stumps. It's been over three months. All calls and attempts to contact have yielded NO results whatsoever, Not even the courtesy of an excuse or call back. Chuck and crew were out to my house and we had a contract to cut 10 trees and grind all the stumps. Once trees were done 1/2 of the stumps never got ground. After calling, I got EVERY excuse in the book. equipment broke, renting a new one tomorrow, coming today, will be out next week, will call you right back .....all LIES. Now half of my yard is filled with tree stumps where I intended to plant grass. Never pay in full until your job is done! GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. Treepro is a Ripoff! DON"T USE THEM !!!
Chuck and his crew did an amazing job with removing limbs that were hanging too close to power lines . The clean up was like they had never been there . Price was great also. I highly recommend.
I had a very positive experience with Tree Pro this past winter (Jan2015). The company was prompt with thier service, professional and clean. I had very dangerous trees to take down and Tree Pro performed the task with apparent ease. After wresting for almost a year trying to find a good tree professional, I'm glad I went with Chuck at Tree Pro and will be using them again in the future.
I needed emergency service because a tree fell on the side of my house. The owner came out immediately and completed the work that day. The cost was very reasonable. The clean-up was good. He chipped the wood and gave it to me for the kids swingset area.
I contacted chuck he provided an estimate for 3 trees price was too good to be true. Crew came out removed first tree took them two days. His crew droped a limb on my power lines and cable line and knocked out my power. Then he tried to get me to blame it on a storm and call peco and lie. I would not. Peco did fix it and not charge either him or I. Chuck said he would pick payment on monday. I get a call on sunday from his crew leader demanding payment on sunday morning. After multiple attempts to make contact, Chuck made a scheduled appointment with my 84 year old mother to remove a pin oak in front of her house. He was a no-show and follow-up calls go unanswered. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Previously posted complaints below confirm our suspicion that this "service" is not worth our time and effort. Moving on to a real contractor.
