I have lived here for almost a year now, we have Had electric outages due to weather, hot water heaters go out, air conditioners leaking. But I will say this Joseph and Michelle do what they can, to fix it. Joseph has always been upfront and willing to work with us. Even when I'm not pleasant. I recommend this place for any type single or a family who can fit a three bedroom, kids walk to school no issues, we have stores all around us. The worst experience of my life. The staff is so unprofessional and they ruined my credit. I am fighting to clear it up. I would never recommend a stray dog to live here. They don't keep records of anything. The biggest turn over and never able to get in touch with cooperate. No one return calls.
i have had the WORST EXPERIENCE dealing with tree house apts in longview, tx. Ive been lied to for over 4 months about my deposit ive still yet to receive. ive been charged all kind of unknown fees for something i didnt do. ive never been late on my rent yet the last 2 months of living there my air didnt work and i was told that if if wasnt hotter than 85 degrees outside to just let my windows up.
