Would highly recommend. I was referred to this program after having a severe mental breakdown in October of 2024. I was nervous about a remote-based outpatient program, but decided to give it my whole effort. I do not regret it at all, my individual therapist, Gabe, was AMAZING. The group therapists made me feel included and found ways to make the sessions meaningful and engaging.
This is a much needed service in Washington! I have gotten to know the company and its people. They hey truly care about helping people with their mental health.
