Hi Samantha, The Hummingbird is now the 'Mockingbird' We decided to name it after Texas State Bird :) It is a spice cake loaded with pecans, pineapple, sunflower seeds and a touch of banana..topped with a light crean cheese icing. Hope to see yo soon!
