I was very pleased with my first exam and visit at Treasured Smiles. Everyone on the team was very helpful, polite, and friendly from the administrative assistant, to the dental assistant, all the way to the Dentist! The office is beautiful, clean, and relaxing. I fell asleep in the massaging chair. The x rays were quick and easy and they were taken with the latest technology. My exam was thorough and all of my questions answered. I even left with a hot coffee for my ride home. Definitely recommend this office and team!
Dr. Nikki and Ms. Christine are professionals at their jobs and focused on customer satisfaction. They are both customer friendly.
Nobody likes going to the dentist... at least that is what I believed until I went to Treasured Smiles! From my first steps through the door, I was welcomed by a lovely receptionist. She even helped answer insurance questions I had. The entire environment helps create a relaxing environment - massage chairs, overhead television screens, cloud lighting on the ceiling. I highly recommend Treasured Smiles General Dentistry for the best dental care. Drs. Michael and Nikki Kasper and their excellent hygienists are consistently professional, efficient and courteous.
Many thanks to Dr Mike for his excellent care when replacing my tooth. I was so pleased with the gentleness and consideration for my comfort. After the procedure, I had no problem with chewing,or rough places and best of all, absolutely no pain even after the local wore off, Thanks for working your magic Dr Mike, I am so thankful.
