Pathetic excuse for a management company. They changed names and now go under ******* ********** ***** ***. Found out after moving out that the home was owned by one of the managers. Home was built in 2004 and has never been painted, had carpet, or a new roof. When things were replaced in the home, they used the very cheapest crap they could find. They lie and say they served you a 30 day notice when they did not! Then when your blind sided by not knowing you need to find a new house they will threaten you non stop email after email of a lawsuit coming your way. They charge double deposit then when you move out they keep your deposit using bogus charges. Some have been charged 235.00 for 1 single dog poop. Even if you have your house professionally cleaned. This rental company is full of bullies and scam artists who prey on innocent individuals. On the day I was scheduled to pick up my keys and move in they presented me with a changed lease agreement requiring me to pay additional monthly rent. this business is a complete scam... they are money hungry people Nd a bunch of bully's. my husband and i have been perfect tenets. this company backed us in to a corner to get us to sign a new lease, and when we did they came to out house to do a yearly inspection. the end result was horrific. they made up a ton of fines that never applied to my house or my family. they took me to eviction court for not paying rent when in wasn't even 25 days behind. and when i got to court and offered to pay them the rent owed for June they... read more
Last Wed our A/C went out. My husband who is an electrician with HVAC experience was unable to fix the problem. Immediately notified TVRM by email. We received a response the next day requesting we include our contact info. Supplied the info mid morning and were informed we should be hearing from a repairman. After several attempts via email ( the only way to contact management) we were notified that repairman should be out to fix it by Fri. We have had 90 degree weather several days this week and no A/c.
