Very disappointed in these people! They were having a knee brace made that I REALLY NEED! I had an appointment for 2 weeks out so I can get the brace. I get a text at 8:00 this morning CONFIRMING the appointment. Well like 15 minutes later the secretary calls and says “your knee brace isn’t in”. She wouldn’t let me talk. She talked over me. Our son was involved in a serious auto accident and taken to Billings Clinic hospital. The day it happened, the Neurosurgeon immediately prescribed a back board, and the staff attempted to order it from one of its contracted providers, Treasure State Orthotics, that same day. There was no response from Treasure State. The following day, the hospital staff called several times, and still got no response. I love this place, i used to have to go here to get a leg brace and Dr Guther was awesome! Im not sure if hes still there if anyone knows him?
I love this place. Rob has been making my orthotic inserts for years. They are comfortable and help my feet tremendously. The staff is very friendly and professional. Thank you Treasure State Orthotics for all you do for your customers.
