Nice place but really poor communication on patient status when in surgery and scheduling. Its like hurry up and wait, show up 2 hours before they take you for surgery, so we don't have to waste a minute of OUR time while YOU can just wait and be patient. And they leave the nice poor lady receptionist with no info and somehow there is no way for her to know when surgery actually started! really? If i were MANAGING a place it would be real simple to post an update board on simple things like this, no?
Recently had a procedure done here, everyone was very attentive. It went very well, and I was very pleased with the entire staff from front desk to nurses to all the doctors kudos to everyone.
Treasure Coast Center for Surgery are amazing! Their entire staff including Nursing and Doctors gave me mother Lucia a five star treatment. They truly went above and beyond and even allowed me inside the pre op room in case I had to translate or update any information as my mom was very nervous and I knew she would miss something. They do their due diligence and made sure my mom was not near anything that she was allergic to like iodine. They gave her warm blankets and told her what they were doing step by step.
