I always get great service when I go. Yesterday was a long day. Needed an inspection. Saturday not not best time to go. I appreciate the honest of the time frame and that at no time did I see any mechanic wasting their time or not working once.

Spent $600 plus in tires... 2 months later I realize one of my studs have been sheared off, because... hey everybody looks at those dailey! Was told they did not do it and I could bring my car up there and they would fix it for $171.00! I guess my 2 year old did it since he is the only one in or around my vehicle. Will not buy from any Tread Quarters again!

Violated state inspection law. Any vehicle presented for inspection is required to be inspected at Virginia state inspection station. I waited 1.5 hours and was then told my car would not be inspected and they proceeded to inspect the car behind me in line. I will be taking my money else where

Took my 2011 Mitsubishi Eclipse there after being in a car accident needed my replaced tie rod checked and control lower control and a alignment...they were very tentative to all the questions I had and I was able to drive my car away from the shop feeling confident I would like to send a shout out to Pascal and Reggie on the great job they did!!! I would give them a 10 star rating...people remember its not the building or business its the people inside
